One of my favorite ways to show my team members what I need them to do for me and explain different things relating to a project is to use jing.

- Your Jing account is connected with screencast so as soon as you record a video you can upload it directly to a video in screencast that you can give your team members access to — they can just enter a password and view any videos in that folder — makes the process seamless.
If you’re one of those people who likes to be in the same room with someone when you are explaining what you want, you may fall in love with this software. It works very well to show someone by moving your mouse and talk at the same time to walk the person through the process.
